Job Description

Programming — Writing computer programs for CNC equipment. Requires thorough knowledge of G and M codes, including the ability to write G code by hand and the ability to interpret existing G code.

Problem Solving — the ability to work through problems either with the Team or independently if needed.
Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making that will affect the Team.
Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one that benefits the business.
Prior Experience:
Machinist/CNC Machinist
Control based programming (Conversational and/or G&M Code)
CAITIA and or Master-Cam Software
CAD Experience- 2D and Solid Modeling, Solid Works a plus
