Job Description

" Creates shop orders, supports IFS product migration, supports product structure updates.
" Works with repair group members to coordinate the completion of all necessary paperwork. Verify that all paperwork is up to date and completed for the units in process.
" Updates the operating system data in a timely and accurate manner.
" Works with contracts group on the input and review of incoming orders (RMAs).
" Works with the contracts group on the expeditious entry of any order changes or modifications.
" Assists manager with quotes or RFIs.
" Assists manager with duties/responsibilities relating to the RMA issuance and process.
" Verify and help maintain proper configuration of returned hardware.

" Expedites shop orders and tracks materials and assemblies to ensure commitments made to customers are intact.
" Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from the repair department.
" May work with customers or vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of units or materials.
" Resolves delivery inconsistencies or delays and communicates daily with the team regarding any delays.
" Develops requirements and works closely with purchasing and/or manufacturing to replenish materials to support repair.
" Interfaces with the following groups: Quality Assurance, Document Control, Stockroom, Contracts, Planning, Systems Production, Tunable filter Production and sales to support successful delivery of product.

" Works with manager to create schedule for delivery of returned, refurbished or retrofit units.
" Schedules repair activities including the repair and tracking of sub-assemblies and finished goods assemblies through repair operations, ensuring targets and customer and internal goals are communicated and understood.
" Works with manager to resolve any schedule issues or concerns.
" Supports the monitoring of actual versus planned repair times and variances.

Education and/or Experience:

" High school diploma or GED required.
" Associate's degree in business from an accredited program preferred.
" Minimum of five years of planning experience or equivalent related electronics experience required.
" Comprehensive knowledge of IFS is a plus.

Pat Rate $25/hr.
