Job Description

PDSI is recruiting for a Client Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity for our client in Batavia, OH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as point of contact for all assigned accounts and is responsible for managing customer requirements in a manufacturing setting
  • Process customer RFQ's (Request for Quote) according to established BMS (Business Management System)
  • Follow up on RFQ's semi-weekly and document status
  • Support outside Sales
  • Process customer purchase orders/changes according to established BMS
  • Understand and maintains Customer Supplier part specification requirements and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions in accordance with BMS
  • Maintain and manage Customer purchase order specific information and shipping requirements.
  • Maintain and manage customer contractual LTA (Long Term Agreements) and customer EDI (Electronic document interchange) scheduled planning forecast requirements.
  • Manage customer surveys on a quarterly basis according to BMS.
  • Attend and participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) meetings as required.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Execute appropriate action to meet customer needs by communicating with appropriate production, quality and office personnel
  • Maintain documentation (customer and internal quotes, customer purchase orders)
  • Initiate new sales relationships as requested by contacting prospective customers to solicit new orders as directed by Supervisor.
  • Perform all required checks and complete documentation accurately

Pay Range: $42,000 - $52,000
