Job Description

Provide technical support to Design & Test Department in the Area of Testing. This would include Analysis of Testing
Specifications from Design Documentation and Developing Tests to ensure product meets Quality Requirements. Aspects of this
includes:
1) Ability to comprehend US Department of Transportation regulations on Vehicle Displays.
2) Ability to investigate, design, purchase, and validate hardware for testing.
3) Ability to Understand Complex Electrical Circuit Drawings.
4) Ability to Develop Testing suitable for Mass Production Environment. (detection of quality issues and maintain cycle
time)
5) Support existing equipment with current production, new model addition (wiring specifications)
6) Basic computer hardware knowledge.
7) Proficient in Microsoft office applications.

Major Duties;
1. Set up Automated tests for new model. To include remodeling of current and new equipment.
2. Investigate & Develop new methods for Testing (R&D)
3. Support Production & Maintenance with false failures and downtime on production test equipment.
4. Set up tests with short notice in reaction to internal or external rejects and or escapes
5. Implement design changes as required including machine modifications.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years in Circuit Design or Circuit analysis, experience in automated testing of Electrical components. Understanding of "CAN" vehicle bus is recommended but not required. Electro-mechanical experience a plus.
